LEA ROUSSOS, LMFT, M.A., M.I.M.
Lea, a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist, has a Master’s Degree in Psychology as well as a Master’s Degree in International Management. She has extensive experience as a psychotherapist and international business. This diverse experience in both therapy and business has given her an aptitude for understanding people from all different backgrounds.
The goal of therapy is to help clients cope with personal conflicts, stress and life issues. Lea believes that each of her clients have the “expertise” to stand up to their personal challenges. She works collaboratively with the clients and their community of support.
The client does not represent their diagnosis but rather the sum of all their strengths. The client already possesses the necessary tools to overcome their personal challenges.Studies have shown that “talk therapy” does alleviate emotional pain. Lea works with her clients to reach a mutual satisfying outcome.
